The cleanliness of the substrate and adequacy of the chemical pre-treatment are big factors determining the long term adhesion of the coating and it's resistance to the forces of weathering.

Only very few companies nationally are able to offer this type of warranty as strict regulations and requirements are placed upon it. (Colour warranty applies only to Boresi manufactured products).



Recently Boresi installed a Complete In Line Pre-Treatment and Powder Coating Plant. With this large new state of the art Automatic Inline Powder Coating Plant we ensure a consistent film built with penetration to all areas, Boresi is providing a service to Carports and Awning companies all over Australia. Boresi has the ability to Powder Coat products up to 10.4 metres long.

Boresi have now been given the privilege to issue 10 year warranties for Interpon Powder Coatings by the manufacturer, Akzo Nobel.
