Powder Coating is the solution for coating
a diverse range of substrates. Electrostatically applied and
oven cured, the process produces a finish with minimal impact
on the environment. The cleanliness of the substrate and adequacy
of the chemical pre-treatment are big factors determining
the long term adhesion of the coating and it’s resistance
to the forces of weathering.

One program and has been awarded the Plus One category. This
is the highest category available within the Interpon Partner
Plus One program. With this accreditation comes a highly regarded
Interpon Partner Plus One 7 years colour warranty. Only very
few companies nationally are able to offer this type of warranty
as strict regulations and requirements are placed upon it.

Recently Boresi installed a Complete In Line Pre-Treatment
and Powder Coating Plant. With this large new state of the
art Automatic Inline Powder Coating Plant we ensure a consistent
film built with penetration to all areas, Boresi is providing
a service to Carports and Awning companies all over Australia.
Boresi has the ability to Powder Coat products up to 10.4
metres long.
